What it is

The Business Platinum is an American Express business card earning Membership Rewards points. It's mainly a sign-up-bonus play: earn the bonus, then keep or close. The biggest MR welcome haul in the lineup, but the $895 fee only pays for itself if you use the credit stack and travel enough to lean on the lounge access. The 35% Pay-With-Points airline rebate is the keeper hook for heavy flyers; everyone else churns it for the SUB.
