What it is
The Gold is an American Express card earning Membership Rewards points. For most, its value is mostly up front in the welcome bonus rather than ongoing perks. Amex's dining-and-grocery points card. The monthly dining, Uber, and Dunkin' credits can offset most of the fee if you'd use them anyway; a keep-or-cancel call on whether you'll actually burn them.
