What it is
The Strata is a Citi card earning ThankYou Points. For most, its value is mostly up front in the welcome bonus rather than ongoing perks. Citi's no-fee entry ThankYou Points card (successor to the old Rewards+) and the natural downgrade target for a Strata Premier. On its own the points redeem for cash; the real upside is transferring them through a Strata Premier or Elite.
